Now when it came down to the purchase process, his attentiveness couldn't have shined more. He was clear and forward with regards to timelines that were needed to be maintained, clear about the fact that certain things might come up and need to be expedited on my end immediately, and always followed up with me until he could verify things were in order. Though chaotic, the process never felt out of control. As long as I did my part, and Josh was looking over my shoulder, everything went smoothly. Bottom line, it was a great experience all around. I was more than satisfied with Josh's service through the process and will be looking to him for the purchase of my next property.
